SciAgent-Skills is a domain-specific skill library for computational biology and bioinformatics, containing 197 self-contained markdown files covering 72 toolkits, 53 database connectors, 36 statistical method guides, and 35 end-to-end analysis pipelines. When loaded into Claude Code, these skills become available as slash commands or are automatically triggered when the user describes relevant tasks. On the BixBench bioinformatics benchmark, Claude Code equipped with SciAgent-Skills achieved a 92.0% accuracy, a 26.7 percentage point improvement over the baseline 65.3% accuracy.
