The assistant can provide tailored recommendations on the right season pass, share up-to-date snow reports, check on lesson preparations, and suggest dining and activity options. To further enhance personalization, the teams at Vail Resorts and Google Cloud partner 66degrees have added new features like intelligent season pass recommendations. By automating routine tasks and expanding personalization, the My Epic Assistant has achieved a 45% reduction in escalations to human agents since its initial launch.
