Desktop App to Manage Claude Code's MCPs, Skills, and Sub-Agents
The author built a desktop app to manage Claude Code's MCPs, Skills, and Sub-Agents across multiple projects, allowing users to view and toggle settings in one place.
Why it matters
This tool can help Claude Code users more efficiently manage their AI agent configurations across multiple projects.
Key Points
- 1Allows managing MCPs, Skills, and Sub-Agents for multiple Claude Code projects
- 2Provides a centralized view of enabled global and project-specific settings
- 3Enables quick toggling of settings without hunting through config files
Details
The author found that as the number of Claude Code projects increased, it became difficult to keep track of where various MCPs, Skills, and Sub-Agents were configured. To address this, they built a desktop application that consolidates all of these settings in one place. The app allows users to view which settings are enabled globally and which are assigned to each project. It also provides the ability to quickly toggle these settings on and off without having to manually edit configuration files. This is the first release of the tool, and the author notes that they currently do not have a way to test it on Mac and Linux platforms, so feedback from users on those systems would be appreciated.
