Details
Cowboy, a Brussels-based electric bike company, has officially closed a deal to be acquired by ReBirth Group Holding. ReBirth Group is the parent company of Re-cycles, a French manufacturer of traditional bicycles that took over responsibility for Cowboy's e-bike assembly operations earlier this year. The transaction includes new, undisclosed funding from ReBirth as well as €15 million ($17.6 million) from existing shareholders. This funding will be used to restart Cowboy's production and address a backlog of spare parts, which the company had been struggling with in 2025.
